Description :

This hokkien prawn noodle is one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The noodle is cooked with the right heat and timing giving both the yellow noodle and thick bee hoon a spongy texture. And usually for spongy texture hokkien noodles, it is stir-fried till dry. However, for this stall, the hokkien noodle has a thick gravy giving it a wonderful combination with the spongy texture noodles. The chilli and other condiments they added is definitely a plus point for the noodles. However, patrons may need to wait a long time (15 – 45mins). Good food is worth waiting isn’t it? The only setback of the stall is that it is located near the toilet.
